Whether you have been trying to create a more healthy and vibrant life for years or if you are brand new to the concept, I have your back. I support and educate women (and men) like you to take small steps to help you become the best version of yourself.


Everyone is unique, and so are the challenges you face. I offer support through education, either via my online membership or personal one-on-one online coaching. Either will help you to set establish realistic goals that you can stick to depending on your preference on how you would like to work. 


Here comes the truth though: Unfortunately, nothing will won’t work unless you do. In other words, if nothing changes, then nothing changes, no matter how much you are willing for it or wanting it. YOU will need to take some action towards changing things, and habit stacking will help you get there!

Hello, I’m Jane!

I am Certified Life, Health & Wellness Coach here in the UK, helping women (and men) all over the world curate their own health and wellness journey's. When I’m not helping women reach their ideal health and wellness goals, you can find me going out for 5k/10,000 step walks, Pilates, yoga,  or being creative in my natural skincare & beauty formulation lab. I also enjoy visiting local coffee shops to watch the world go by, oh.. and creating new yummy plant based recipes to share in my membership area and via my blog.



I have worked with women (and men) just like you looking to feel better and look better as they gain control over their health and wellness.

*For those with chronic pain and inflammation regardless of which program you choose, we conduct a life impact review to identify the areas that have been affected most since fibromyalgia symptoms first started, and then work together to define and agree a coaching plan that will work through the practical and mental adjustments that can be made to get some semblance of their old life back

**Wellness Hub Access is included while you' in the relevant program. Once your coaching program ends you can opt in to the Wellness hub membership separately for £22 per month
